With the last team having been whisked out of Honduras in March of 2020, we have not had any teams return due to the pandemic. The question we kept getting from the team members was “When can we go back to the hospital?”
The time has arrived!!! If all goes as planned and if it’s the LORD’s will, the first team to return will be in January 2022 to provide orthopedic and gynecological care. Other teams have also signed up: mountain ministry (women’s care, medical, dental), general surgery, ophthalmology, clinical dental, urology, gastroenterology, Vacation Bible School, construction (finally… hopefully, the much needed new roof will go on!).
With the LORD’s guiding hand, teams will return. Everyone’s hearts are ready to go and we are excited to see our dear friends at the hospital and our hands are ready to serve the people of Honduras.
